Prostate PRO-Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

Prostate PRO (Patient-Reported Outcomes) Tracker is a simple-to-use application for prostate cancer patients to record and track their symptoms.

This application delivers a validated clinical questionnaire (EPIC-CP) about your prostate cancer symptoms, and helps track how your symptoms have changed over time. If you have not responded in a while, the app will send you a reminder to record your symptoms. Prostate PRO-Tracker is part of a clinical study run by Yale University researchers. With your permission, your input will help doctors better understand how patients feel during their prostate cancer treatment.
